PROSTHETIC CARE

Dental prosthetics is a specialty in Medical Science under dentistry in which the treatment is carried out to carefully and permanently replace the damaged teeth of the patient by taking consideration of health and aesthetics of the oral function of patients with missing teeth or deficient teeth.

Three main dental prosthesis treatment services provided at BeauDent are as follows:

Dental Crowns

A dental crown is a tooth cap that exactly designed to fit over the top of a tooth and is built to match the color, shape and other aesthetics of the jaw to match with the other natural teeths. If a case arises where a natural tooth no longer supports a dental crown due to the multiple damage or decay, an implant supported crown can be put to use. To place a implant supported crown, the natural tooth will be first extracted. Then an implant screw is carefully fixed in the jawbone, or abutment, is attached. The gums then will be sutured / stitched around it. Immediately following this procedure, a temporary dental crown is placed to the abutment. Once the implant area is healed and the bone has merged naturally with the implant, a permanent dental crown will be fixed. Dental crowns are often used to restore a single missing tooth or multiple missing teeth that may not adjacent to one another.

Dental Bridge

In dental crown is a single tooth cap fits over a damaged or decayed tooth and in dental bridge a fake tooth bridge is made up of two or more dental crowns. Just because of their different structure, dental bridges are able to restore adjacent teeth that are decayed, damaged, or missing all at once. The positioning of a dental bridge is exactly similar as that of placing a dental crown, but here two dental implants are placed.

Dentures

Dentures are artificial or prosthetic teeth attached with gums that are used to restore an entire upper or lower arch of the set of teeth. Dentures are used in the cases where a large amount of natural teeth are affected by damage or decay. Dentures can be removable, for fixing dentures dental implants are used for permanent stabilization on jawbone.

ORTHODONTIC CARE

Orthodontics is a speciality within dentistry that focuses on correcting bites, and the aesthetics of the teeth. At BeauDent high-end dental operatories are used to move teeth or adjust underlying bone.

The ideal age for kids to undergo the treatment is between ages 8 to 14 years while growth is still occurring, but adults get braces, too.

In young children, this treatment may help in proper jaw growth. This has great use for permanent teeth to come in properly.
